Waves of Wonder VBS

When: July 13 - July 17, 8:30am - 11:30am
Where: Associated Church, Owatonna, MN
Who: Kids ages 4 - just exiting 5th grade. 6th - 12th graders are welcome to participate as volunteers!

At Waves of Wonder VBS, participants will explore scriptures in which God provides water for plants and animals. They will visit the wilderness and miraculously receive water from a rock. They will take a boat ride with Jesus, weather a wavy storm, and even imagine a new heaven and a new earth where all are invited to receive life-giving water. Art, music, games, and scripture will make God's living water come alive!

At Associated Church, all children are welcome—no matter their background, family structure, or abilities. We believe every child deserves a place to belong, explore, and grow in a faith that affirms their identity as a beloved child of God.

This adventure is open to children from age four through 5th grade. Older youth and teens are also welcome to volunteer!

Too old to participate? We need volunteers too! Youth from 6th grade through 12th grade are invited to help out by decorating, serving as group leaders, and assisting our adult volunteers. If you are interested, fill out the form below!

All volunteers age 18 or over must pass a criminal background check before they are allowed to participate in Compassion Camp. Youth ages 12-17 must have a parent/guardian’s permission.
